The Professional Division of Spherion Mid-Ohio has partnered with a reputable, long-standing insurance agency in Ashland, Ohio in search of an experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a paid lunch break. Salary is up to $55K plus commission, based on skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a personal book of business with a 91%+ retention goal over 90-day periods.
- Proactively communicate with clients, conduct regular account reviews, and educate on coverage options.
- Perform account rounding and generate referrals for new business and other departments.
- Review policy renewals for discounts, gaps in coverage, and necessary updates.
- Process endorsements, claims, billing inquiries, and documentation updates accurately.
- Build relationships and reinforce the agency's value in every client interaction.
- Review and remarket policies as needed due to rate changes, claims, or new coverage needs.
- Audit new business files and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Support marketing efforts through lead generation and brand engagement ideas.
- Use technology tools to maintain efficient workflows and minimize distractions.
- Meet with management regularly to review performance and contribute to agency goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Experience in personal lines account management or customer service preferred
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital records and communication
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
