Our client, a well-established and growing Allstate Insurance Agency, is seeking a Part-Time Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Sales Representative to drive outbound sales as part of their remote team. This is a high-activity sales role focused on cold calling and prospecting new customers ? ideal for a motivated salesperson who thrives on creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound sales and cold calls to prospects to generate new business
Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with potential customers
Follow up consistently to convert leads into closed policies
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products aligned with customer needs
Handle some inbound calls and provide excellent customer service as needed
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity expectations
Accurately document all sales activity in CRM system
Maintain thorough knowledge of Allstate?s P&C products and state compliance requirements
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty License in any U.S. state (Required); NJ license required within 60 days ? agency will cover licensing fees if needed
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
1-3 years of P&C insurance sales experience, with a strong focus on cold calling and outbound sales
