Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily tasks
- Schedule, assign, and oversee completion of maintenance work orders
- Perform and oversee repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and drywall/painting
- Manage apartment turnover schedules and ensure timely unit readiness
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; place replacement orders as needed
- Re-key locks and cut keys as necessary
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of maintenance team members
- Lead daily check-ins, weekly safety meetings, and participate in L10 team meetings
- Monitor and drive team performance in collaboration with the General Manager
- Ensure high-quality customer service and uphold safety standards across all job duties
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 -3 years of property maintenance experience in a multi-family housing environment
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience with budget and vendor management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to use property management and maintenance tracking software
