Responsibilities:
Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Complete all required Spherion role based training.
Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice.
Drive sales through business development efforts including cold calling, new client acquisition, networking, discovering leads from talent interviews, and organic client growth.
Conduct weekly visits or calls with current billing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
Attend community events to promote the company, network, and identify potential business leads.
Provide monthly performance data and client reviews to ensure transparency and optimize client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Accurately and timely documentation of all client interactions and activities in CRM to maintain detailed records and insights.
Support Talent Delivery in recruiting efforts to ensure the right candidates are placed efficiently.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within a staffing agency or related industry.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
?Minimum of 2 years experience in managing business operations.

Ability to attend community events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and attract new clients.
