Communicating with stakeholders to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments and providing updates on schedules.

Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of schedules, appointments, and related information.
Reporting:
Generating reports and analyzing scheduling data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Software Proficiency:
Utilizing scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Problem-Solving:
Addressing any issues that arise during the scheduling process and finding solutions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

4-7 years
Qualifications:
3-5 years in Office Clerical work history.
Scheduling Coordinator experience preferred.
Relatable Clerical experiences welcome.
