Full time - In office
This is a temp - permanent position. Upon being hired by the company you will have a generous PTO plan, benefit options, and performance bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Update customer information in a database.
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
Search for and investigate information contained in files.
Perform regular database backups to secure data.
Provide administrative support.
Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
Review data for deficiencies or errors.
Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
Ability to project a high level of professionalism while networking in the public arena.
Recruitment
Complete tasks for client Compliance and onboarding of employees
Additional duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Experience using Adobe and Docusign
Experience working as an HR professional or equivalent
Experience using Google Mapping
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Organized, detail oriented, and customer focused.
Capacity to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and as part of a team while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Google Suite; Drive, sheets, docs
Experience using Quickbooks online ; Invoicing
Microsoft office suite; Advanced excel skills
