As our Office Manager, you will be the sole team member in our office and the central hub for all communication and coordination. You will manage daily activities, schedule appointments for our team of 3 pest control technicians, handle incoming calls and customer communications, and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a key role in the success of our company-you'll be the engine that keeps everything moving!
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications via phone, email, and text
Manage scheduling for over 700 customers, coordinating efficiently with our 3 field technicians
Handle all office operations including invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Support the owner and technicians with administrative needs
Maintain organized digital and paper files
Identify ways to improve efficiency and customer experience
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in office management or administrative support (pest control industry a plus, but not required)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities
Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, EXCEL or similar)
Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms a plus
