-Maintain an office environment that is World Class with strict standards and leading byexample-Maintain daily Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling proceduresto company standards.-Account Reconciliations of all cash and credit card accounts-Maintain filing system of financial data per company standard-Assist in creating and maintaining a yearly group budget-Report financials accurately and timely per company and accounting standards-Ensure timely payment of all Accounts Payable including credit card accounts-Assist with Accounts Receivable collections-Recognize and proactively manage potential problems (associate safety, customer,facility, etc.), including escalating to the next level as necessary.-Ensure accuracy of sales tax collection and reporting.-Track and report unclaimed property with State of North Dakota-Assist with providing training to new teammates on necessary tools and information toeffectively perform their job-Ensure all Safety Policies are maintained through ongoing training, enforcement,monitoring, and reporting-Manage HR duties such as job posting, employee pre-screening, conducting andscheduling interviews. As well as onboarding new hires through orientation, training,paperwork, and reporting-Process payroll accurately and timely-Perform quarterly payroll tax reporting-Assist with other administration duties such as social media management, marketing, and promoting-Other duties as assigned
