In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our paint departmentour paint department and ensure every project meets our high standards of quality. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, from managing a talented team to providing top-tier customer service. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the paint department team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
Oversee the entire workflow by assigning and prioritizing work to ensure staff meets company standards for quality and efficiency.

Supervise the use of safety equipment, such as respirators, and complete injury investigation reports for workers' compensation claims as needed.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the shop.
Effectively communicate with insurance companies.
Skills:
A minimum of two years of experience in the automotive paint industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, delegate duties, and train technicians in the proper use of tools and facilities.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Proficient in computer and technological use.
Must be able to multitask while maintaining a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or management experience is highly preferred.
