Responsibilities:
Supervise weekend production operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and personnel performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure adequate staffing levels during weekend shifts.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide updates on production status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise production staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles.
