Responsibilities:
Directly supervise Revenue Cycle Coordinators for assigned accounts.
Build and maintain customer relationships based on trust and excellent results.
Resolve payer issues and oversee conflict resolution.
Collaborate on contract negotiations and manage contract reviews and rollouts.
Gather competitive insights to inform the organization of market challenges and opportunities.
Proactively identify problems and opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions.
Identify opportunities for growth through ongoing contact with account representatives and drive related initiatives.
Promote a patient-centered culture by educating and building rapport with external customers.
Act as an advocate for external customers by facilitating internal dialogue when necessary.
Identify payer relations challenges and trends, determine root causes, and seek resolutions.
Manage credentialing and other contract administration functions.
Develop and maintain contract summary sheets for assigned accounts.
Travel up to 15% is required.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of Commercial, Government and Self-Insured Health plans and pharmacy benefit managers.
Understanding of the 340B pricing model is a plus.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of payer relations experience, including navigating revenue cycle processes from Prior Authorization through Denial and Appeal management.
A minimum of 7 years of sales and/or direct customer-facing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Ability to influence and build relationships/earn credibility with internal and external customers.
Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
Skilled in payer contract negotiations.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems at both a strategic and functional level.
Highly developed time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative.
Proven solid team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented.
Excellent project management skills and ability to develop, plan and implement short- and long-term goals.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Strong team player who brings initiative, positivity, and creativity to the table.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent skills in solving foundational mathematical equations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and any required software used by the department.
Ability to become proficient in navigating revenue cycle systems, such as Availity, SolAce, and others.
Ability to travel up to 15% is required
