You will support customers via phone, email, and chat in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Work closely with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests.
Manage repair and warranty claims efficiently.
Propose process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Help create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in team meetings and complete required training sessions.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Technical certifications or an associate's degree in a relevant field.
Experience working in a remote support environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Experience working with customers across different time zones.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
At least 6 months of experience in technical support, especially through phone, chat, or email.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with Microsoft OS and Office tools.
Strong communication skills for resolving issues and providing clear solutions.
Excellent task management and multitasking abilities.
