The Powder Coat Painter is responsible for applying industrial powder coat paint to a variety of manufactured components, ensuring high-quality, evenly finished parts are produced safely and on schedule.

Compensation: $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Overtime: Voluntary. Primarily available on Fridays, with flexibility to work extra hours Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:
- Powder Coat Application: Evenly apply powder coat paint to parts, maintaining precise finishes within specified mill thickness tolerances.
- Pre-Paint Verification: Check that all components are properly masked, plugged, or protected according to blueprints, routing documents, or work instructions before painting.
- System Maintenance: Efficiently perform color changes, blow out paint lines, clean spray guns, and maintain proper powder paint levels in the canisters.
- Team Cross-Training: Actively cross-train in other positions along the paint line to support a flexible, collaborative production environment.
