Spherion Naples, Fl. is seeking a Product Owner with experience in building products in the Loyalty, Travel and Hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in defining product functionality and priorities in conjunction with the UX/UI design team and technology team.

Act as the SME for the development teams; answer product functionality questions, manage the product backlog and assume end-to-end ownership of product enhancements.
Collaborate with the product and design teams on developing intuitive user interfaces across multiple platforms.
Create Epics and User Stories, run grooming sessions and help to manage releases.
Research and understand market trends, engage in competitive analysis to drive product strategy and development.
Support the sales and marketing team during product demos to potential partners.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience documenting user requirements and converting them into Epics and User stories in Jira or a similar tool.
History of working with UI/UX designers and developers, in a remote setting.
Experience working with internal teams and external customers in defining product related KPIs and processes for their measurement.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with senior level customers.
Ability to develop the product vision and requirements with internal stakeholders and external clients, from the very first meeting.
Excellent understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and modern product methodologies gained from countless product releases.
