Responsibilities:
- Processing: Operate dry bean unloading systems, hydration systems, dewatering belts, blanchers, and grinders.
- Can Making: Manage high-speed equipment including slitters, welders, body formers, and leak detectors.
- Packaging: Ensure the efficiency of palletizers, depalletizers, labelers, tray formers, and stretch wrappers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, legally required production and quality logs in accordance with FDA and Manufacturing Batch Records.
- Standards: Comply with HACCP, SQF, USDA, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) to ensure food safety.
- Testing: Conduct seam analysis using Seam Scopes and perform ATP monitoring to validate sanitation effectiveness.
- Sanitation Cleaning: Execute specialized cleaning assignments using high-pressure hoses and chemical foamers.
- Sterilization: Perform C.I.P. (Clean-In-Place), sterilization, and deep cleaning of processing and canning systems.

Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Mathematical aptitude (fractions, decimals, and averages) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and independently.
- English Proficiency: Ability to read technical manuals and give detailed verbal instructions. (Examples: tables, calendars, schedules, phone directories, cookbooks)
- Environment: Ability to work in varied conditions, including cold, high noise levels (85 decibels), and exposure to sanitation chemicals
- PPE: Must be comfortable wear the following PPE items:
Hair net/Beard Net
Hard Hat
Safety glasses/Shields
Reflective Vest
Steel Toe Footwear
Gloves
