We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee and support daily manufacturing operations. The Production Lead plays a key role in driving productivity, ensuring high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations including staffing, equipment use, and productivity.
Inspect work regularly to maintain quality and compliance with standards.
Identify quality concerns or needed repairs and assist in resolving them without delaying production.
Maintain and organize all quality assurance and traceability documentation.
Ensure all production areas are clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
Interpret and follow blueprints or assist in fabrication to meet project specifications.
Train and support team members on standard operating procedures and company policies.
Conduct and participate in regular team and management meetings.
Enforce all safety standards and ensure team members complete necessary safety training.
Support audits and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory guidelines.
Skills:
Experience conducting safety audits and training.
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
Proven success in mentoring and developing team members.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a fabrication supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and coach team members effectively.
Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reliable, with a willingness to take initiative and accept new responsibilities.
