The estimator/project manager will be part of the Sales Team and includes inside and outside sales development, estimates and preparation of quotes It also includes project management responsibilities, including but not limited to pricing, invoicing, field measuring/site visits, coordination with engineering & production departments, and project closeouts ensuring customer is kept informed and project completion deadlines are met.

- Salaried Position: $60,000-$80,000/YR based upon Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Shift: 40hrs/Wk set between the hours of 6am-4pm, with a Life happens understanding employer that allows flexibility within reason for Dr appointments, Daycare circumstances, School Bus schedules etc.

- Holidays: 6 Paid holidays
- Vacation: 40 hrs/Yr after the first year (negotiable), 80 hrs/Yr after 2 years, 120 hrs/Yr after 5 years
- Health Insurance: Company pays 50% of employees premium cost, after 90 days of employment
- Simple IRA: Simple IRA after one full year. Employee can place up to 5% of their gross pay/wk. Co match up to 3%
- Year End Bonus Potential: Not guaranteed, but this company has consistently rewarded all
- employees with a bonus/gift at the end of each calendar year. Bonuses typically based upon
- productivity, tenure & company financial status.
- Standard reviews: Occur after the first 90 days of employment and at one year intervals thereafter.

Qualifications:
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Able to have difficult conversations with customers
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and decision making capabilities
- Proven listening skills and ability to be a team player
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written) and interpersonal skills
- Documented planning skills experience developing and managing project plans, preparing timelines/critical path, and coordinating with production
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to maintain proficiency with current and changing technologies
- Able to effectively communicate with Architects, Designers, General Contractors, Vendors and Subcontractors in a professional manner
- Able to travel with short notice (usually day trips)
- Experience taking field measurements
- Experience formulating RFIs
- Experience with ERP systems
- Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
- Experience in high-end commercial architectural millwork
- Able to drive projects to conclusion on time and on budget while maintaining the standard of quality required by the company
