Responsibilities:

• Generate and audit large group new and renewing proposal exhibits
• Create, modify and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage and compare benefit language in certificates of coverage
• Provide analytic and production support for deliverables including testing and implementation plans

Qualifications:

• Associates degree
• Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce task management
• 1-3 years of experience working with health insurance (benefits administration, account management, customer service or sales)
