Maintain current knowledge of laws, ordinances, requirements, policies, and procedures relative to assigned program area; apply such knowledge to job duties, and ensure program adherence; recommend to supervisory personnel modifications to existing policies and procedures, as needed.4. Coordinate training for assigned program area; maintain a calendar of training activities; ensure employees are trained in a timely manner; ensure mandatory training, such as Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.), is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations; arrange internal training classes, prepare associated materials, and reserve facilities; arrange external training opportunities and make travel arrangements; research and recommend trainers;maintain accurate and complete training records; coordinate and prepare for audits of training records by regulatory agencies.5.       We have need for several bilingual (Spanish/English) associates that could assist employees in completing a Corporate Survey. The Survey Assistants will need to have basic computer knowledge. They will be working in a Training Room at a major manufacturing plant in Modesto, helping to guide/help other employees fill out the Survey on laptop's. We will start the Survey Project on Tuesday, May 3rd thru Tuesday, May 24th. We will need Survey Assistants represented on all 3 shifts Monday through Friday 40 hours per week through the Month of May. Available Shifts are as follows: 1st shift - 6am-2pm2nd shift - 2pm-10pm3rd shift - 0pm-6amResponsibilities:Our Survey Assistants will be helping to guide / help other employees utilize Laptops to complete a Corporate Survey.
