      Case Manager will screen and identify eligible households by an application process for available program components. Provide services thru detailed case management in order to identify and address needs, establish attainable goals and short-term tasks for clients, and ultimately to move the household towards a measurable outcome of self- sufficiency and independence. Workers will conduct all necessary and assigned outreach, public speaking engagements, and/or handouts to promote community awareness.Responsibilities:Establish, and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all clients.
