      Spherion Staffing has a full time Auto Mechanic position available in Bismarck, ND.As a Mechanic with our client, you are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles to the highest industry standards. Performing your job duties professionally and as an industry expert ensures our customers retain their trust in our team. Pay $20-33/hour DOEResponsibilities:- Conduct inspection process utilizing technology and following established procedures- Communicate inspection process results with Crew Chief, Salesperson, and Service Writer for customer approval. Note all safety concerns- Personally road test automobiles and report findings to the Service Manager- Adequately explain mechanical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include team members, and customers as needed- Perform repairs to specification: brake and hydraulic systems, electrical systems, heating/air conditioning systems, steering/suspension systems, wheel alignments and other mechanic repairs- Maintains ASE certifications- Safely operate all lifts and hydraulic equipment- Maintain operating efficiency of all tools and equipment to meet safety standards and extending the life of the tools and equipment, minimizing repairs or replacement expense- Perform to highest industry standards specified duties as determined by customer sales work order.
