The first thing we will discuss with them in the interview will be their willingness to be on the road 3-4 weeks a month ? potentially longer depending on location. If they are working in Florida and live in Florida, they are welcome to travel home on weekends (unpaid unless it is their authorized week/vacation) when work is light; does not need to be Jax-based but prefer FL-bas
