      This is an entry level position, and this person will be assisting the Computer Services Manager on multiple IT responsibilities including equipment installation, computer repair, office moves of computer equipment, responding to emails and phone support, osTicket support requests and special IT projects.Responsibilities:1.Assist in the use of computer hardware, software, and other related equipment.2.Assist in maintaining all computer to include but not limited to laptops. 3.Assist in installing and configure hardware, operating systems, and application software on new and existing PCs, laptops, and printers. 4.Assist in installing upgrades and maintaining software.5.Assist in troubleshooting malfunctions to include but not limited to hardware/software/networking installation, configuration, and repairs. 6.Provide End user support regarding computer-related problems.7.Assist in Mapping each site???s computer equipment location.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:1.-AA Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science or information technology field.2.-Six months or more on the job experience in one of the following areas: installation, repair, and maintenance of computers and networking. 3.-Must have computer experience that will facilitate ready to use software.4.-Advanced computer knowledge and experience with information management system.Education:TradeExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:1.Have a valid driver???s license.2.Have reliable transportation.3.Have current physical and health card and annual physical.4.Be able obtain an MVR within 15 days of employment.5.Be to lift at least 50 pounds.6.be able to travel out of town and at night.7.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.8.Ability to listen and take direction, multi-task.9.Be able to work under supervision.10.Be able to work independently This is a great opportunity for someone that has less than two years experience in Tech Support.
