Unlike a standard operator role, this position requires a "subject matter expert" who can handle complex setups, perform manual G-code programming, and oversee part production from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in lathe operations and the leadership ability to mentor junior machinists.Responsibilities
