This position would require you to work 100% on-site working with the Institute for Corporate and Social Impact, facilitating and curating daily guest experiences.The schedule is for 5 - 20 hours a week.The availability needed for this role is M-Sat 8am - 7pm CST. This position will have a lead role in defining and implementing Medicaid strategies and projects for new Medicaid benefits. This role will manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and create structure is crucial.Responsibilities:In this role, you will work primarily with internal DMS policy teams. You will also work with executive leadership, vendor technology development teams, data analysis teams, and external stakeholders such as hospital systems and health maintenance organizations. Knowledge of state/public health programs would be beneficial to assist with project execution, planning, and upper-level leadership strategy design.You will be responsible for managing projects throughout the Project Management Life Cycle. Experience with all elements of the PMLC is critical for success in this role. You will step in to assume management for projects already in progress, as well as spearheading projects from their inception.
