As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you are responsible for recognizing and resolving problems using good laboratory practices.This temporary role is estimated to last 3-6 months based on business needs. Multiple shift options are available and will be discussed during the interview process.$1,500 bonus given after 6 months or at the completion of the contract!!Responsibilities:- Perform moderate, and/or highly complex analytic processes without direct supervision. Interpret problems with specimens that meet the rejection criteria for unacceptable samples. Make the decision to reject a sample and request recollection to ensure the validity of results- Operate laboratory instruments and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment- Complete and document required maintenance activities on equipment, recognize and elevate potential issues reporting service needs to leadership for resolution- Perform quality control procedures as specified and maintain quality control records and documentation necessary to meet the standards of accrediting agencies- Understand appropriate specimen collection, handling, and transport procedures- Prepare specimens for analysis and determine the acceptability of samples within guidelines- Assists in developing procedures for specimen collection, handling, and transport to maintain specimen integrity and viability- Validate the acceptability of test results by reviewing test parameters- Identify the technical, instrumental, and/or physiologic causes of unexpected test results- Monitor quality assurance and assist in data collection and preparation of QA indicators- Perform internal and external proficiency testing.       The Workforce Recovery Training Program Coordinator develops and coordinates all activities and functions of assigned projects and initiatives to ensure programmatic goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, funding parameters and organizational priorities. Plans, organizes and conducts administration activities to ensure the BRC grant is implemented and performance is achieved. Reviews and interprets federal and state laws, rules and grant guidance documents with the goal of integrating grants to serve the target population.       To safely operate the palletizing machinery ensuring that only quality finished cans are properly loaded and packaged on pallets for shipment to the customer.Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Palletizer Operator responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: ???Manages machinery set-up and adjustment and inspects products to ensure compliance to standards???Operate the controls of the palletizing machine so that the proper configuration of cans, slip sheets and top frames are loaded onto each pallet, making sure each pallet has the proper pallet ticket attached.???Stand up tipped cans, replace voids and remove jams to maintain standard production.???Visually examine cans for defects and discard as appropriate.
