      Spherion Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to begin work in Lebanon, IN.Shift and Pay:Monday-Friday 2:30PM - 11PM Starting Pay is $16.50/HRResponsibilities:- Provide administrative support to warehouse management team- Monitor all compliance in the Warehouse; Forklift checklist, Impac Daily Performance Sheets, and lateloads- Standardize all work that is performed by hourly employees- Receive and update all labels, raw, and packaging materials arriving to Ken's- Update all Warehouse employees performance on Microsoft Excel daily; providing weekly reports- Process day?s picking documents and related work documents- bill of ladings, invoices, cross docks etc.- Receive, distribute, and ship UPS/ Fed Ex shipments- Manage and create short sheet, send out shortage reports as well as ship outbound loads- Review, research, and input all warehouse paperwork which tracks weekly warehouse performance- Input data, maintain, and create spreadsheet, graphs, and reports- Assist with packaging cycle counts as necessary- Order/maintain supplies needed in the warehouse ? issue POs and process invoices- Type, file, and other warehouse projects as assigned- Call and sets up LTL pickups- Maintain the sample inventory- Other duties as assignedWorking hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMSkills:- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. - Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
