        A national craft juice company at the forefront of juice manufacturing innovation is looking for a Filler Operator to join their growing team!The Filler Operator is responsible for the operation and sanitation of filler, as well as providing support to all functions in the bottling department when required. Also maintain control of Caps inventory quantities, Cap colors application based on Finish Product specs.Responsibilities:- Reviews production and delivery schedules to plan for product changeovers.- Monitors condition of filler in an ongoing basis and reports any issues or malfunctions to supervisor. - Pulls samples for QA department when needed.- Maintains filler speed according to product flow and ensures the filler bowl does not overflow.- Feeds the filler capper with the correct type of cap according to customer specifications.- Communicates and coordinates with label operator to make all size changeovers.- Communicates with blenders, pasteurizers, and supervisor to make all product variety changeovers.- Monitors product temperatures and weights as required.- Makes product changeovers and adjustments to filler according to product specifications.- Performs required sanitation activities according to blend matrix (rinse, sanitize, CIP).- Informs supervisor of any defective or empty bottles and verifies integrity of finished products (correct caps, code dates, etc.). - Keeps bottling room in pristine and audit-ready condition at all times.- Keep accurate records of bottling room production if needed.- Complete the filler paperwork and reports on an ongoing basis.- Follows all company policies and procedures regarding GMPs, SOPs and Quality standards.- Other duties as assigned or required.Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMSkills:- Willingness to cross-train and work with a variety of machines and equipment- Attention to detail- Ability to stand on feet for entire shift (8-12 hours)- Ability to bend, squat, lift, twist, stand without accommodation- Ability to lift up to 40lbsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High School Diploma/GED required- 1 year of food manufacturing experience required; experience in beverage manufacturing preferred- Able to adapt to schedule changes, long and irregular hours- Ability to work in various temperatures- Ability to adhere to dress code requirements- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 3 ways to apply!1.
