      Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager whose primary focus is three projects that are software development projects that entail recreating legacy systems, of small-to-medium in size, in newer technologies.The IT Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Sr. IT Project Manager and other IT Managers to successfully execute key Information Technology projects. This position will ensure projects are aligned with business strategies and will coordinate work activities to ensure the project is completed within scope, on time and within the budget.Pay $48-60/hour DOEResponsibilities:- Align and achieve operational objectives by preparing, managing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change- Assist, as needed, with the implementation of a new system and migration of the ERP system to the latest version- Work effectively with the IT department, internal resources, and third parties/vendors to define scope of projects, manage risk and complete project within budget, timeline, and scope- Monitor and lead project team- Foster relationships to ensure project runs effectively- Coordinate or perform the development of user manuals, training materials and all other applicable reports and documentation- Act as change agent and work to facilitate change ensuring all parties are informed of the impacts of schedules, deliverables, budget and final product- May participate in the testing of deliverablesResponsibilities:See aboveWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or Project Management or relevant field and three years of relevant work experience required-PMP Certified required-Experience managing business systems (ERP/CRM) implementations required-Experience/knowledge with SAP desired-Proficiency in the use and understanding of related software tools including but limited to MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, Visio, etc.-Experience with both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies, understanding with large enterprise systems (ERP)-Effective communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills, including the ability to develop and present training materials-ITIL or ITSM certification preferredEducation:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:See above To be considered, please apply online at www.spherion.com/apply or email your resume to karenwitzel@spherion.comSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
