Work Hours: Monday-Friday, with hours set by the manager (e.g., 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm).
Wage: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Program and proof first article weldments for robotic welding systems
- Work with robot operators to share technical updates and implement best practices
- Evaluate current programs to optimize weld paths and cycle times
- Program fixtures for repeatable fabrication of parts
- Provide technical expertise for integration, programming, and service of robotic cells
- Stay current with technical manuals and documentation
- Communicate ongoing issues with management and external vendors as needed
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on robot-driven equipment
- Set up and operate welding robots
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of robotic welding experience with certification
- Familiarity with Motosim/Yaskawa Controller (YRC1000) and Robot Master (Offline Programming Software)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass an internal Robot-MIG weld test and visual inspection
- Experience with lift operation
