      We are hiring Customer Service Logistics Representatives for a Fortune 500 Logistics company right here in Rockford. This is a Temp-To-Hire program with the opportunity for advancement. The training is excellent, the facility environment is professional, fast paced and extremely team orientated. The whole customer service team is well managed, tenured - and works extremely well together!The company follows all CDC guidelines including temperature checks and wearing face masks at the time of arrival, during the course of the day and departure from the facility. The customer service department exceeds social distancing protocols and requirements to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members! * Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm* There is mandatory overtime up to 1.5 hours when required* Full benefit platform upon successful completion of the program - including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and company incentive programs.*401K / PTO / Sick / Holiday PayResponsibilities:The Customer Service Logistics Representative will be a first point of contact for inbound/outbound customers and employees. They will interact and assist customers, drivers and fellow team members via phone, email and fax during the course of the day.
