Spherion Temple is looking for someone with call center experience for an onsite position with a bank in Killeen! Apply and call the Spherion Temple Team @ 254-778-0533! PAID WEEKLY!Must be able to work the following schedule:Monday-Friday 10am-7pm and every Saturday 10am-5pm (1 day off during the week and Sundays) with a pay rate of $12/hrResponsibilities:Effectively handles and resolves challenging customer situations through appropriate communication methods. Promptly identifies and escalates challenging situations to appropriate leadership.Responds calm and performs effectively during emergent and/or stressful situations.
