The Benefits Specialist will work directly with retirees, members, and employers to research, answer, and resolve complicated questions and problems relating to our client's benefit programs (health, life, disability and ICI) and retirement programs. This opportunity would be working on-site at their Regional Office located at 302 N. Walbridge Ave. This is a temporary assignment working between the hours of M-F 8am - 7pm. It is currently slated for 3 months with possible extension. Will need to be 100% vaccinated in order to start this role on-site.American Family has been protecting dreams for more than 90 years.
