        The Injection Molding Setter will safely remove and replace molds in Injection Molding machines. This position is with a local leader in automotive plastics production. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Injection Molding, preferrably setting up and adjusting machinery.Responsibilities:Safely operate PITs and overhead crane in order to deliver/install materials/molds to the injection molding department.Properly load molds into the injection molding machines according to the work instructions while adhering to SMED principles.Properly remove molds from the injection molding machines according to the work instructions while adhering to SMED principles.Properly store molds that are not in use according to the work instructions. Effectively communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding problems with the material flow, absence of materials, and safety/quality concerns.Place an emergency work order form and inform maintenance in case of equipment problems. Maintains good housekeeping using the 6S principles.
