Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and educational sectors
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and procurement professionals
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and professional development
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and product launches
-Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
-Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
