The Industrial Category Salesperson position is responsible for all sales related activities related to the industrial segments of the business. This includes sales in our industry(will disclose industry once we connect with you). In addition to sales and new business generation, this includes but is not limited to order completion, customer relations, and forecasting. This role will work with a sales team that is responsible for selling the company's retail brand. The position requires an individual that is driven, with attention to detail, and the capability of working well with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Write current customer orders with accuracy, create sales order, bill of lading, and customer specific documents
- Enter sales and track inventory in our inventory tracking system.
- Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure orders are produced and shipped to meet customer?s request.
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows as needed.
- Conduct follow-up with all leads generated through trade shows and website inquiries.
- Work with distributors to ensure our product is readily available to all customers.
- Monitor pricing to ensure an appropriate margin while remaining competitive in the market.
- Provide sales forecasts for the different industrial segments.
- Provide customer feedback to allow for product improvements.
- Analyze sales data to manage our existing products and determine what new products may be beneficial.
- Drive new sales by identifying potential new customers and product uses. - Work with new customers to identify the product that best meets their needs. - Work with Marketing and our advertising firm to optimize digital marketing for the industrial product segments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred
- Strong communicator and listener who likes to work in a collaborative environment - A self-starter with attention to detail and a passion to help identify new business and drive sales volume
