• Expected duration of 3 months
• Pay rate: $18 - $19/ hr
• Monday -Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Excel spreadsheets for accuracy and import into analytic software
• Review, interpret, and enter accurate information into appropriate programs.
• Maintain organized records electronically
• Update participant accounts, including enrollment, renewals, terminations, and Benefits Card maintenance

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with basic technology (Excel, Word, Adobe) required
• Ability to quickly learn new software (Encore, Pension Pro, web-based programs)
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Strong data interpretation skills, with the capacity to work with various data formats.
• Average to above-average typing and 10-key speed and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multi-step processes and adept at working with various systems and media.
• Must demonstrate reliability with the ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Knowledge for ERISA preferred
• Previous experience with high-volume data entry and processing preferred
