Responsibilities:
? Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive
workplace environment.
? Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, providing guidance
to managers and employees.
? Development: Identify and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
? Compliance and Policy Development: Supports adherence to labor laws and company policies,
updating procedures as necessary.
? HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to HR Manager.
? HRIS Analyst: Expert / SME in UKG modules, Learning and Analytics. Excellent working ability with At work process designs
and flows to improve and leverage technological capabilities.
? Benefits Administration: Supports employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and leave policies.
Future Responsibilities:
? Leadership Roles: As the company expands and grows, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.
? Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of new HR strategies to support company expansion.
? Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work and support other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with UKG systems preferred.
Construction industry experience a plus
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Alternative 5 years working within the Generalist position.
? Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist or analyst functions.
? Skills:
o Interpersonal and communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities.
o Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
o Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
o Proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
This is Not a Remote position. Must be in easy commute to Flowery Branch, GA on a daily basis.
