The Staffing Specialist is a multifaceted role perfect for a results-oriented individual with a passion for people. This position is a blend of sales, customer service, and recruiting. You will be a key player in driving our business forward by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and recruiting top talent to meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport and is comfortable using technology, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Proactively identify and contact prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
Present our staffing services to potential clients and negotiate service agreements.
Recruiting & Candidate Management:
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
Reach out to and engage with our extensive database of existing employees for new opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to job placement and beyond.
Customer & Employee Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for both clients and placed employees, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and employees to ensure their ongoing needs are met and to foster loyalty.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing is not required, but must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. This position is 90% communication via email, phone and face to face.
$20 - $25 per hour base pay plus performance bonuses.
