Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Document all support interactions, including problems, solutions, and follow-up actions, in the ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior IT staff when necessary.
Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
Participate in IT projects as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
Familiarity with Mac OS and mobile devices.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
