Responsibilities:
1. Understand client/prospects needs and recommend appropriate promotional products to meet their marketing objectives.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and customized solutions for clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through regular communication and follow-ups.
4. Prospect and acquire new clients in various industries interested in promotional products through effective sales strategies.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position our products.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our promotional products.
7. Provide accurate and timely quotes, and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base.
9. Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and computer literate.
8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
