This role involves understanding clients needs, facilitation project discussions and providing guidance throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update marketing communication platforms such as websites and social media channels.
Coordinate and prepare lead and client correspondence via email and mailings.
Guide potential leads through the remodeling process and address customer queries promptly.
Provide administrative support including handling phone and email correspondence.
Research and identify sales prospects and opportunities to expand clientele.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate project staging and photo shoots as needed.
Enhance brand awareness among target customer demographics.
Create and manage CRM spreadsheets with relevant information for the sales team's reference.
Maintain and manage calendars for scheduling purposes.
Organize and facilitate weekly design and sales meetings.
Assist in the preparation and editing of contracts, proposals, and project punch lists.
Address and resolve warranty claims in a timely manner.
Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules for overall projects.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in client-facing roles within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience with CoConstruct software.
