Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service skills in person, over the phone, and via email
Manage invoices, payments, and endorsements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and insurance documents
Skills:
Previous administrative or office support experience
Strong organization and time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
License in Property and Casualty Insurance from the MN Department of Commerce or willing to obtain the license
