We're hiring a Program & Policy Analyst for a public health and human services partner in Madison. Responsibilities:
Analyze member feedback and program data to identify opportunities for policy and process improvements
Develop clear, accessible outreach materials and member-facing communications
Collaborate with system vendors, local agencies, and community partners to streamline program enrollment
Conduct policy research and prepare detailed summaries, options papers, and reports for leadership
Lead and facilitate workgroups to gather input from stakeholders and elevate community experiences
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Proven background in program evaluation, policy analysis, or public administration
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
Knowledge of state or federal nutrition programs, public health policies, or eligibility systems preferred
Ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and external organizations
Excellent project management abilities and high attention to detail
