Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities, with a focus on the staffing or recruiting sector.
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and partners.
Utilize various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach, to generate leads and prospects.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Deliver engaging presentations and conduct productive meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and solutions.
Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Knowledge and experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
