- Perform residential and commercial carpet and floor cleaning using professional equipment, including orbital floor buffers.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, delivering great customer service.
- Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to complete jobs efficiently.
Skills & Qaulifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or the service industry is highly preferred.
- Must have excellent people skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to be on your feet often and comfortably lift equipment frequently throughout the day.
- A reliable, responsible, and service-oriented work ethic.
- Interest in growing with a small business (great for an entrepreneurial mindset!).
- Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license.
