Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the CFO, oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and fixed assets
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
- Direct and ensure completion and accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Generate timely and accurate financial and management reports on a consistent basis, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with FP&A and business leaders, oversee implementation, monitor performance, and deliver operational metrics and variance insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and applicable reporting standards
- Manage and mentor a team of 5- supporting team members.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance with CPA Designation
- Minimum ten years related accounting experience with progressive responsibility
- Previous experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Prior experience in public accounting and previous experience with payroll oversight
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with Section 125, Section 105, COBRA or health insurance products
