In this position, you will collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure data accuracy for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated & able to follow complicated processes and procedures, with a proactive ability to troubleshoot errors and maintain accuracy.
Highlights
- Temporary - estimated 6-12 weeks
- Pay rate: $20/hr
- Remote work - Must reside in or within 50 miles of Madison, WI
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility
Responsibilities:
This position involves working with customers from multiple internal departments to collaboratively ensure provider demographic data is accurate for members, employer groups, brokers, providers and regulatory agencies. It is important that the Coordinator fully understand the upstream and downstream impacts of loading correct data and possess the ability to recognize and communicate potential downstream impacts.
The Credentialing Demographic Coordinator will need to learn to understand provider demographic requests and translate the information in a manner which allows for optimal data loading into multiple systems.
The Provider Demographic Coordinator functions within a production environment and is expected to meet production and quality standards. At times the Coordinator will be faced with shifting priorities, which will require the need for appropriate prioritization of work and adaption to change.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree, or equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of administrative work experience
- Proficiency with PC Software (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Accountable: Able to meet standards for production, quality and turn-around time
- Quick Learner: Able to learn quickly and respond to a changing industry and operational environment
- Results Focused: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on results versus activity
- Quality focused: Attention to accuracy is critical
- Symfact, COPIS or HealthRules database knowledge highly preferred
- Ability to work as an individual and also as part of a team
- Professional and courteous demeanor
