Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, ensuring accuracy and quality goals
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and cost-effectively, following department protocols and utilizing systems
- Maintain accurate, complete CRM records for every customer interaction
- Promote a positive and helpful experience for customers and colleagues
- Stay on schedule and follow departmental KPIs for calls per hour and availability
- Contribute to projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills
- 1 year of call center experience in a call center environment required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
