Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available to assist with major after-hours emergencies as backup to the primary on-call personnel or during their vacation.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop long-term facility plans, manage complex operating/capital budgets, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Operations & Maintenance: Direct all preventative maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.). Oversee daily operations, including custodial services.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility meets all safety, sanitation, ADA, and regulatory standards.
- Project Management: Lead renovation, remodeling, and new construction projects (including tenant build-outs), creating scopes of work and supervising external contractors.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage facilities staff and all external vendors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing staff and large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance procedures.
- Exceptional financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze costs, and justify capital expenditures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software, including Word, Excel, and HVAC/access control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Facility Management) preferred.
